A Fashion Blogger’s Christmas Wish List

It’s the most wonderful time of the year. I’m home for Christmas, I’ve got no more university deadlines until 2020 and I’m finally blogging again! I had an issue with my site being attacked by malware last month and had to shut it down while a professional team cleaned it. But, I’m elated to announce we’re back in business! And, to celebrate my triumphant return and get in the festive spirit, I’d like to present “A Fashion Blogger’s Wish List” i.e. everything I hope to find underneath the tree come December 25th.

The Ultimate Teddy Coat

Cosy, comfortable and very covetable, the Max Mara teddy coat has been on my and every other fashion blogger’s wish list for as long as I can remember. I love the long length, super-soft wool and oversized fit. It’s admittedly not the cheapest coat on the market but has been consistently popular since its AW13 debut and the camel tone makes it an incredibly versatile choice. I’m also kind of obsessed with the matching mittens.

The Perfect Party Shoes

I’ve recently really taken to a more delicate and feminine silhouette of shoe. These Net-a-Porter exclusive sandals fit the bill to a T (or tee, I’m really not very good with idioms). The embellished take on BY FAR’s Tanya sandal is simply dreamy and the perfect NYE party shoe, don’t you think?

The Cutest Chloé Bag

I’ve wanted a small brown/tan day bag for a while now and I think I’ve found the one. The sleek lines of the bag’s silhouette are understated and refined while the signature gold-toned C adds a bold element. The wide leather top handle and adjustable long strap allow for a variety of ways to wear it, and, beyond anything else, it’s just so damn cute!

Workout Gear Gone Premium

For somebody who tries to work out multiple times a week, I have a distinct lack of good workout gear. Lululemon is one of my favourite brands and what better motivation to keep pushing for my fitness goals than some pieces from their latest collection? I tend to stick to darker tones for a flattering look and am a huge fan of a longline sports bra and leggings combo.

The Planner That’ll Sort My Life Out

So, I’m a fashion blogger, a final year English Language and Linguistics student, the online editor of the UK’s biggest student newspaper, a co-chair of the 2020 Women in Media Conference and an international athlete on Team England Adaptive Abilities Pom. I’m a pretty busy girl and in desperate need of getting more organised in the new year. I’ve heard some great things about CGD London and if Santa doesn’t treat me to one of their planners this year, I may just invest in one myself.
